The homemade cookies stood out and added a nice touch to the overall experience. The cleaning in my room was top notch, making it feel comfortable every time I returned.
The continental breakfast felt a bit underwhelming and minimal. On one occasion, I waited over 40 minutes for a cooked breakfast that was ultimately incorrect. They didn’t fully close the door after cleaning once, which felt a bit careless. the Tuesday cooked breakfast was a letdown as the hash browns were soggy and greasy, lacking the quality of previous days.

Delicious cookies and splendid service
The Crossing Hotel was a delightful surprise. I returned to a spotlessly clean room to find homemade cookies waiting for me, adding a personal touch to my stay. The location was ideal, right next to the train station and close to beautiful hiking trails, making it easy to explore the stunning Scottish Highlands.

We had a great time! The location was perfect for hiking, but the walls were thin, so we could hear everything next door. Those cookies were a sweet treat, though!

Couples will love this place
The location was just perfect! Despite being in the center, you felt a nice privacy about the rooms! Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast ordering system, the local produce was something else! And let's not forget those chocolate chip cookies, they were a good surprise!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but really, you get what you pay for! still acceptable.
